Mid-Atlantic players had good results in recent National Level 3 "Regional" tournaments:
Girls' 12s
Natasha Subhash took home the Bronze Trophy for 3rd Place in Singles.
Miranda Deng was the Consolation Finalist.
Malkia Menguene/Natasha Subhash captured 2nd Place in the Doubles.
Boys' 12s
Matthew Fenty reached the Quarters of the Main Draw, then teamed up with Midwest player M.Wild to take 3rd Place in the Doubles.
Girls' 14s
In rain-shortened tournaments in the South, Cameron Corse reached the Semi-finals in Singles and Doubles with partner Arianna Spirtos before the tournament was cancelled.
Naomi Waters was in the Quarterfinal round of the Consolation.
At the Norcross Center in Georgia, Jada Robinson was on a role in the quarters, but the event was also rained out.
Boys' 14s
Both Payam Ahmadi and Michael Li were into the Quarters of the Consolation Draw.
Boys' 16s
Brian Tsao reached the Quarter-final round of the Main Draw in Dayton, Ohio.
The Mid-Atlantic Section especially recognizes Tristan Boustany, who was awarded the Boys' 16s Sportsmanship Award. Thank you for representing the Mid-Atlantic Section!
